I have a 95 Z28 no dyno numbers.
My friend Nick just put some more on his car but doesnt come here. 2001 SS - hE HAS EVERYTHING ON THIS CAR PLUS. ATI pro Charger 18lbs, 60lb fuel injectors, just put on his new fuel kit front to back. pushing over 680 rwhp. He said that the first day he gets beat by someone in town, he has a direct port wet kit. guess what those numbers will be. AND if you have not seen it yet. engine masters has his same set up with 2 turbos putting out 2,800 HP.

Default ATI 4.2lbs boost - 375RWHP, 410RWTQ

Ok, here is what I did on an otherwise stocker 95 LT1:
-MSD standard BTM, but stock coil
-put new roller rockers (comp cams 1.6)
-put lucas 42lb injectors...but they were way too big...went down to delphi 32lb injectors...much better throttle response.
-Edelbrock shorty headers (if I had to do it again I would have went with the long hookers though)
-High flow Cat
-Hooker high flow cat back exhaust (sounds GREAT!)
-LT4 valve springs
-polished and port matched the intake and heads
-had it tuned - hit 12:1 A/F across the RPM band
-running 4.2lbs boost at max with a 2.95 pulley on a 600B(seems low, but I live at 5700 feet above sea level - air is thin up here)

Initial dyno numbers: 375 HP and 410 TQ at rear wheels.

I am pretty happy, but am open to feedback - I don't have a basis of comparison on LT1s. My only experience to date was building big block Buicks!---would like to break the 400HP and 420 TQ level. Next steps:

-Electric water pump
-MSD 6A BTM
-MSD Coil
-smaller pulley to try to get to 6-7lbs of boost. That is all I dare -- the motor has 120k miles on it.

Also, I did notice a difference in my boost level with the addition of a 8' cooling fan (it dropped, but this is ok, because it is from a cooler denser charge -- less detonation) for my intercooler. If you have an old ATI unit with the single passenger side intercooler, the airflow is really bad because it is behind the air dam.

Should have the new numbers in about 3 weeks, then time for a trip to the strip...

My guess is you could run 6-8lbs of boost with decent cooling and enough fuel, and it sounds like you should have both. You could also run some race fuel at the dyno if you just want to break the 400rwhp barrier.

Na man, I meant 105mph, big sloppy stall, on a 1.8 60'. I know sounds funny, but thats what the slip read.
Hears the vid if it works? Doesn't show the mph but you get the Et anyways.

8.97 @ 79 in the 1/8 with SLP CAI.

8.55 @ 84 with PaceSetter LT's, true duals, 3:73, self tuned, Mickey ET's with a badly slipping clutch.

Just put in a spec stage 2 clutch and SLP short throw shifter and will see what it does this friday, then put on the 52 MM TB and see if I gain anything with it. Still got some tuning to do on it too.

97 Z28 M6
Dyno'd this @Gforce about 8 months ago, I think...engine is down for a stroker rebuild right now.

377rwhp/367tq
Engine: stock cubes w/forged pistons/GM Pinkrods
Heads: stock LT1 (untouched)
GM847 cam
Crane 99893 springs
Comp ProMag Stainless 1.7RRs
Comp Cmoly 1pc pushrods
CompR Lifters
Comp Guideplates
Pete Jackson Silent GearDrive (knock sensor set to 0)
MSD 6AL & MSD wires
Jethot Longtubes
Custom 3" ypipe
Open Borla catback (no restrictors & no-cats)
McCleod clutch disk on turned stock flywheel

...thats everything related to my rwhp, has several other suspension/traction boltons unrelated to hp. Best ET we 12.5 @112 with a SpeedDemon tune over a year ago. Installed AFR-210 heads and threw a rod two weeks later so never hit the track or dyno following heads. Was hoping for low 12s but have my doubts with those heads and stock cubes....time for the DARKSIDE now ...stroker

Maybe the car would trap 115mph if it had the heads done, but from his list of mods I didn't see heads. Still damn nice times for a baby cam.

The heads have been loved on a little, but just shaved down (to true them up) and light porting and port matching for intake an TB.
No oversizing on the valves or exhaust side porting.

shorty headers, hooker catback, CAI, underdrive's, 1.6rr's, 3800 stall, 4.10 gear = 8.0@86 untuned, stock TB - more mods (still boltons), and more weight out since then - new best coming soon!
