Default me sucking at the strip today--video

http://videos.streetfire.net/Player....3-71D74C20676C

I felt ok for it being my first pass in a rwd car but i could have done a lot better. notice how the car rolls in the staging. Tranny isnt fully disengaging so i redlighted in one race that didnt get caught on film luckily.[/

Slip the clutch, like just pick your foot up as if you're walking and do it from lower rpm's and work your way up.

no, do a massive burnout instead of the little ones you do. Lower the psi to about 18 or even 15 **** it. You should be able to drop her at 3000 and grab if they are any good. I use mickeytompsons and i can hook em from 2000 if i do a huge burnout.

if that nitto is a street tire (only recal the 555R being a DR) he's prolly not going to gain much if anyhing in a launch by heating up his tires or lowering pressure. While it may benefit some street tires to be slighlty warmed up, most just need a clean burn to clean the crap off the tires.

So in otherwords, get some better tires

555R = drag radial
555R2 = road race/auto-x tire...same compound, stiffer sidewall
