Nitrous Install (LT1)
Hey guys I've seen a video on installing nitrous on a ls1 and I was wondering how you install one on an LT1 with a ram air intake. It is going to be a TNT wet kit

I did that exact install. I have a formula ws6 and I put a tnt wet kit in. Really easy install, the only part I had trouble with, was figuring how to mount the micro switch, cuz there was no picture of where to mount it. I ended up mounting it off the top bolt of where the throttle linkage it bolted to the intake. Here is a picture, I didn't worry about a clean install at all and just left the wires everywhere, if you can't tell
Close up of solenoid and wiring, I can't wait to hear what people think of where I mounted it
Overview of the engine bay
As you can tell, i just wired everything up and didn't try to hide any wires or make it look nice. I'm not worried about how it looks, I just care about track times

Dry shot. Wet kits have a fuel and nitrous solenoid, because it sprays both fuel and nitrous. Dry kits only spray nitrous in by itself. You might want to do some more research before you get into buying and installing a kit. Have you looked at the different safety parts you will need? (FPS switch, window switch, etc.) And yes, I did run the main feed line under my car, didn't want to pull up the interior at all.

I've done enough research I'm not going to need all those parts. i have a fairly stock engine so I'm going to go with a 50-75 shot. I also am getting it mostly for show and to purge. I may use it for the track two or three times ever
