Strange shaking?

Strange shaking? Well my friends LT1 seems to shake at idle or like in a stop light, but sometimes it dont shake at all its just perfect. Does anybody know what can couse that can it be the optispark?

Well ive installed new spark plugs/wires. Fuel pump seems to be running good. But its weird when i wash my car it starts shaking like preety bad. Weird hu? Well thanks and i would like to hear more thanks.
