Default Long Tube install help

I have a set of Hooker LT's sitting on my garage floor and want to put them in...I'm going to do it with a friend who is going to be supplying all of the tools. Is a 94 T/A metric or standard, also if anyone knows the sizes of the bolts that would help too. I've also heard that the motor needs to be lifted to do the install, is that true? (I lost the directions that came with the headers )

thanks

You do not need to lift the motor (although if you have the capability to do that it should make things easier).
