Your going to have a pretty shitty 60 ft on street tires with the extra torque the 383 is going to put out. Defenately dont slam it off the line. Im going to say 12.9 on street tires and 12.5 on DRs.

my best 60ft is 1.9 on nittos and even that only happened a few times. best 60 on street tires is a horendous 2.2 or something pathetic. My friends say i just have a fat foot. cant wait to see what it does on a slick with a proper 60 ft (low 1.5-high1.4), should know in a couple months

For the price of as cast LT4 heads you would have been better of porting the stockers, the HOT cam is not the right cam for later boost and is pretty mild for a stroker, and no tune is a HUGE MISTAKE.
The B&M "shift kit" might very well be the worst offered for the 4L60E so plan on buying a tranny soon unless you put a real kit in there like the Transgo.
Sounds like you should have come here BEFORE you started the project, if a vendor sees you mind is made up on the WRONG parts they will often sell them to you anyway because you would walk away happier than had they told you what you actually needed.

Honestly with 8.6:1 compression NA, it's going to be a bit sluggish no matter what. I think you'd be lucky to see 340 rwhp. If you already have the hot cam, stick with it until you get the blower. Then when you put the blower on, swap to a different cam and sell the hotcam. Keep in mind that compression is power, and most numbers you see thrown around here are with engines in the 10.5-11:1 range.
"If it were me", I'd look for something mid-230's duration intake, mid-240's duration exhaust, 114-116 LSA, after you get the blower.
You will need tuning no matter what.

The LSA should be 114 for a blower, nos, or turbo. You will lose power for NA numbers at first but once you get the blower...you will gain it back. If this is your daily driver, I would suggest a cam without ported heads with 8 degrees of intake exhaust split duration difference for example....222/230 cam or something like that. 222/230 would be the cam I would choose but that's just me. It you want more radical then go bigger.
