its kinda loud not too deep though, when i put it into neutral and give it a slight rev it will start ticking and then when i let off it stops untill it reaches idle.

Sounds like a rocker, mine was doing it until I blew the Head Gasket. I have to re-adjust them when I change the Head Gasket, so I am not really worried about it for now, cause I am not driving it. What did you lose your license for if you don't mind throwin that out..

well drag racing, wich was reduced to carless and 1 point speeding, then i was showing off when i first got my car and was going completley sideways through a parking lot with a cop hiding in the dark, that was also a carless.

Damn. **** happens. Everyone has their fun. I got let out of a ticket once cause the cop had a mustang, so he know how it was to have a little fun. He asked what I had done to the Z, I didn't say anythin much, didn't want that ticket. He had a stock 2000 GT with Slowmasters. I got pulled over drag racing my friends Mazda 3, he got him at 45, got me at 65. I was actually slowing down from 110mph...

i had a ticking noise at start up after i was beating my car one day. i thought it was a rocker or a lifter going bad. i then put headers on my car and seen the carbon on the factory manifold gasket. started my car up and the noise was gone. people say you have to find the leak when the cars warm. there wrong, everything expands whens it's warm like my gasket did. the manifold bolts loosend up on me.

When you put Headers on, it is good to run them through 3 heat cycles of tightening. Get them in and tighten, then run it, cool down and tighten them again, run it, cool down and tighten again, and a final time. I do the first in like a half a day of driving, the second after a full day, and the third like 3 days later.
