All right was gettin ready to make a short trip into town today. Second turn I make(about 15 mph) it feels like my brakes let go and the tranny upshifted. I made the turn and tried to brake and I still had brakes but not like I used to. When I braked to it also made a thump,thump,thump sound like a driveshaft or somethin and squealed like none other(especially from the driver side). I babied it home and when I braked to go into my drive way it squeaked like no other. I got out and visually inspected the car and no luck. Anyone got any ideas?

Did you take off the wheels to look at the brakes. That sounds like something that should be visible.

yea I finally got around to pullin my wheels and calipers off and I need new brake pads on the one side. O well gives me somethin to do to the car
