Those are just roller tipped full rollers have bearings at the fulcrum too. Like these comp pro mags.

Full Roller have the roller in the tip, and at the point where they mount to the stud, like mentioned above. They are alot more stable, they pivot instead of slide.

IMO the roller at the fulcrum is more important.

For the new price of those you can get ProForms which I used for nearly 50K over 30K of that with the cam and appropriate springs. Are they cheap yeah would I trust them to really high lifts or pressures no but for a mild daily driver they work.
