Weird vibration at around 1200rpm

Weird vibration at around 1200rpm I have an annoying vibration at around 1200rpm. It sounds like it's coming from the rear of the car. My car has a Borla cat-back, could it be touching something somewhere and causing it? The vibration is pretty loud, but goes away above 1200-1300rpm. How can I fix it, it's annoying the hell out of me.
