Default 396 for sale, solid roller single plane intake

Very nice 396 for sale. I don’t have a f body anymore and do not need this. The top end is brand new (except for dyno time on the rockers) the bottom end has under 1000 miles on it.
The bottom end is an all forged 396. It was built by more performance. I did not have the motor built so I don’t have the original build sheet. Below are the more performance 396 specs from their website.

INCLUDES: BLUEPRINTED LT1 BLOCK--- CYLINDERS BORED TO 4.030" --- CYLINDERS HONED WITH PLATES TO FINISH SIZE--- DECK MACHINED AND SQUARED--- BLOCK DEBURRED AND CLEARANCED FOR STROKER--- ALIGN HONED--- BALANCED INTERNALLY---- CAM DEGREED--- PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY--- CALLIES 4340 STEEL CRANKSHAFT 3.875 stroke---LUNATI PRO MOD 4340 STEEL CONNECTING RODS---JE FORGED ALUMINUM PISTONS---FILE FIT MOLY RING PACKAGE---ARP MAIN STUDS---CUSTOM GROUND HYDRAULIC ROLLER CAMSHAFT---COMP R SERIES HYDRAULIC ROLLER LIFTER---GM HD TIMING CHAIN SET---COATED FEDERAL MOGUL HIGH PERFORMANCE MAIN AND ROD BEARINGS---DURO BOND COATED HIGH PERFORMANCE CAM BEARING SET---MELLING BLUEPRINTED HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP WITH WELDED PICKUP---HARDENED OIL PUMP SHAFT---TIMING COVER---MORE PERFORMANCE OIL PRESSURE SAVER TOTAL PRICE: $5799.00 not including tax or shipping. (Core is required on the block) OPTIONS TO THE ABOVE PACKAGE: - LT1 BLOCK $500 - CUSTOM PISTONS AVAILABLE FOR SUPERCHARGED AND NOS APPLICATIONS $280 - PISTON COATINGS $280 - SPLAYED MAIN CAPS $600 (INCLUDING MACHINE WORK) - CANTON OIL PAN $329 -
The canton pan is the one with the crank scraper.

Cost of the shortblock was $7509 plus shipping

Top end:
- Pro Action 23 degree heads, converted to reverse cooling for LT1s. 330+cfm, top of the line 23 degree heads. These are brand new
- victor jr intake converted to EFI with fuel rails. Done by brett bauer.
I WILL NOT SELL THE INTAKE ALONE......
- Jesel shaftmount offset rockers 1.55 ratio, (not the cheaper SS ones)
- custom ISKY offset solid roller lifters matched for above($950!!!)
- Cam motions solid roller cam 261/272 lift .700 111.7 LS
- hardened push rods
- springs and Ti retainers. I don’t have specs on the springs here.

Cost to build the top end is $7000

the heads have been flowed on 2 different benched besides the one the porter had.

lift intake exhaust
.100 76 66
.200 148 116
.300 207 171
.400 258 207

Chambers are 63cc
cr is 11.8:1 with the blow shortblock

for those that want a pic of the motor
http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/aggiez...e2.jpg&.src=ph

This motor was going to have a nice DP N20 setup on it.
total cost to build the motor is $14500
since some sites require a asking price ill post it for $9000
feel free to make an offer. I will consider splitting the top end from the bottom end (I don’t have a price for the top/bottom)

its located in Houston.
I WILL NOT SELL THE INTAKE ALONE......

Thanks
brook

If you have the More #stamp on any of the parts on your engine, they can get the build sheet printed up for you. It will be More___ .
I had to do this a few months ago.

they will fit a 355 lt1. i would sell the whole top end as a package, not just the heads. you will need the other stuff to run the heads anyways..
