Default Which fuel pump do you all recommend

I was thinking of a walbro 255 pump because i will be getting a nitrous kit in a few weeks and I plan on using around a 100 shot. Do you think this will be a good fuel pump for this set up. How easy is it to install and is their an easier fuel pump to install.

thanks

Go to www.thunderracing.com and get the Racetronix setup...its 259-ish with shipping...awesome deal...plus helps get more voltage to your pump...if not...yah thats a good pump...recommend that setup...

I've heard good things with both setups. I have the Racetronix setup in both my rides. No complaints.

how was the install with the Racetronix Fuel System it seems like it is alot of extra work. Do you have to run extra wires for that set up?

thanks

There was a big shipment that went out not too long ago. Combination Motorsports, I do believe had 40 some racetronix kits for the B-cars. Funny how many kits are left (none) after such a good GP we got on them

Far as I know ALL the available upgraded intank pumps are Walbros anyway. Sure some companies like Racetronix go the extra mile and make it more boltin but it is still a Walbro pump. I am not discouraging anyone from buying the Ractronix stuff actually I would encourage it. What I am saying is when you look at all the "options" out there you are looking at the same pump sold through different middlemen who put it in a different box.

Your Caprice is a different animal. There is far more to it than re-boxing and bundled components when it comes to the F-Body systems. Pick up the April 2006 issue of GMHTP so you can read about it.

I was trying to say the pumps themselves are pretty mucht the same be they sold as Holley or Granatelli or whatever all the names the Walbro is sold under. I know they have slight fitment issues for the f-body and that is why I said you guys go the extra mile be cause you guys offer a kit with all the parts needed.
