thats a little high.
i think the computer shoots for 850 for a manual.
i see you have a throttle body, might try closing the blades alittle with the set screw and see if it goes down.
this is much easier to do if you have a scanner so you can see what the iac motor is doing..
or tach could easily be off by that much.

Mine idles at 1000, but i hooked an aftermarket tach up to it straight to the tach lead on the computer and that tach says it idles at 800. i have heard quite a bit that stock tach's are fast by 200 or so. But i have also heard that GM made the idle different in alot of cars due to the gearing of the car. My friend has a police package with the 2.73 rear end and his idles at 500 on the stock tach.
