Exclamation Bad Oil leak, Need Help!

Lately I've been noticing an oil leak. It wasn't bad at first, but it has got to the point were I can't let it go anymore. The engine only has around 4,000 miles on it. I had my machine shop put the engine together for me.
The thing is I can't seem to point one it. Oil is all over the back-bottom of the oil pan(sides of the pan are dry), bellhousing cover, starter, oil filter & adapter. And the strange thing is oil is all over the back-sides of the block but the heads, back-top of the engine, and bell housing is dry. I have a strong feeling it is the oil pan and/or the rear main. I just don't get why it's on the sides of the block and the heads and intake are bone dry.
I'm going to try an oil die test but any info or pointers well help. It's just killing me that my almost new engine is leaking oil This car has tought me something, If it's not one thing than it something else.

thanks

Check the rear seals of the Intake Manifold. LT1's are notorious for this leak. Mine did it.

It might also be the rear main seal.

I've already resealed the intake and i know it's not leaking. i found a kink in my pcv hose, so i'm think that might be what started it. I think i'm just going to brake down and go ahead and replace the oil pan gasket and rear main seal. And if that doesn't stop the leak i think i'm going to go insane.

thats actually what I am in the middle of doing, replacing the front and rear main seals, and the oil pan gasket.

I had the intake leak too. It was pretty bad. It was also leaking out the drain plug so that was throwing me for a loop!
