Improving mileage Continued from another thread Im wondering what other aspects can i do to improve gas mileage mod wise. My lt1 is getting horrible gas mileage for it being stock. I also drive it lightly and around town. What can I do to improve it. Ive heard of underdrive pulley and new EGR valve but first off i dont know where to get the EGR Valve. What else can i do??

You can get a brand new EGR valve from your local NAPA distributor. A K&N filter will improve MPG, I've heard of some differential fluids improving it as well. Roller rockers with stock factory ratios can improve mileage. Replacing the muffler will decrease restriction, increasing MPG.
