Default optispark?

i am about to change my optispark this weekend and i was wondering when people say they are changing there optispark ar they changing the cap and rotor or the whole distributor i just bought the msd cap and rotor

most guys change out the whole unit,as they are known to fail.

and make sure to get the ac delco version if your gonna get a stock one. the other ones have been known to crap out not very long after install. delco is the way to go

I had a borg warner in my TA for a long time, never had any problems, got an AC delco last year when I did a tune up

well have fun changing your cap and rotor cause it is a day project. lot of parts coming off. i change mine you are better off to buy the whole kit cause that were the spark really comes from. MSD is a good pick goes really good with NOS.

i went throught 2 ac delcrappers i finally got one from dyna-tech and it is solid as a rock but they sold to another company the new company contact is www.dynaspark.net
