offset rocker question

offset rocker question are offset lifters required when using offset rockers this is on a solid roller set up with the intake ports welded on to help with the pinch?

i dunno if you could get away with it if it was a very small offset.
imo no
ive had 2 motors with offset stuff, both had offset lifters and rockers
im not expert on that stuff though.
