Default Acceptable wheel sizes

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a new set of wheels (preferably the Y2K or Z06). I have been looking around and notice that there is a susbtantial varaition in the width of the rear wheels for the vettes. So, my question is, what is the biggest width, diameter, etc. that I can go? (ie. 9.5, 10, 10.5, etc in the back for width) And what offset do I need?

Thanks for the help

Mike

I am running factory C5 Z06 17x9.5 all around, with 275/40ZR17 tires. The fronts are about as wide as can be, they are barely scuffing the fenderwell plastic. The back has alot of room.

You were able to fit 11 inches in the back? Was this with or without rolling the fenders?

an 11 inch rear is very common on a 4th gen. i rolled the lips. may have been able to get by w/o doing it...

the hardest thing abotu rolling the lip was having to take off all the wheels lol
