Smile oil cooler line removal!

Ok i was doing a search and i couldn't find anything! so here is the deal i started taking my motor apart and i am following the book i bought. so now that i have the oil cooler part off, i was wondering about the oil cooler lines. i wanted to take them off, but how does one do that? what do i replace it with? i have the oil cooler part off already. so tell me what i need to replace it with? thanks guys

forgot to say it is an lt1 motor

If all you are trying to do is eliminate the oil cooler just remove the lines and loop them from the waterpump to the radiator. That's what I did.

loop them from the waterpump to the rad?

a line goes from the water pump, to the oil cooler to the bottom of the radiator...just buy a hose and run it from the water pump to the radiator.

agreed jus sis it yesterday...buy a hose form the bottom on the radiator to the pump
done
