I have one on my Car. Look at my Cardomain link at the engine shots, you can see it. It is just a Stainless Steel Filter that you pop in, got it at Autozone for like $15. I plugged the one on the Throttle Body.

It wasn't a K&N, it was a little Stainless Steel filter on one of the back shelves. They has fabric ones that were different colors, I wanted the Stainless one, so I can clean it easier.

Oil doesn't get into the Intake through that little connection on the Throttle Body. Also, when that oil vapor comes in, it is hot, so hot air comes in the Intake. I have been running that little breather for a while, and my Throttle Body and Intake are spotless. I cleaned the Intake when I put my Cam in.

I got it at Autozone, $15. They have a bunch of them here. I just put it in, and plugged the Throttlebody connection.

Are there any negative sides to doing this because I am definately interested, especially if I can get rid of another damn hose in the engine bay.

Not that I have seen at all. Maybe a tiny amount of oil mist on top of that Valve Cover. It runs alot cleaner, and cooler air goes in the Intake, so that is a definate upside
