Default Driveshaft?

I need to kno whats a good driveshaft upgrade. My stock driveshaft vibrates and has one bad u-joint. I'd like to get another one for my new motor setup. I keep hearing about going to the LS1 aluminum driveshaft. Will an LS1 driveshaft hold up to 400+rwhp. If not than what are some good companies to look at. I dont want to spend a ton and I want something that will minimize vibration. Thanks in advance!

sphon extreme duty or the top gun with 1350 u-joint

Also change the differential yolk out to a 1350. Randy's ring and pinion has the upgraded yolk for a GM 7.5 $75.00. Thats the route I took. I twisted and broke the LS1 drive shaft, and broke the yolk with my 383.

I run the LS1 drive shaft on my TA, so it hold up to 400rwtq quite well.

With slicks you probably won't have much luck with an aluminum one. I twisted my Lingenfelter 3.5" aluminum. Streetwarrior96 made a couple good suggestions for steel shafts. I went with a Denny's Nitrous Ready but it's kinda $$.

i second the dennys nitrous ready driveshaft, i just ordered mine. 3 inch steel virtually unbreakable sounds good to me.
