Default Ignition box mount location

I need to figure out where I am going to mount my Mallory 685 in my 1994 Z28. I was gonna do like my buddy and mount it in the glove box for easy access. I dont want to really mount it under the hood though.

Yall help me and post some pictures of how you mounted yours.

if it is anything like the msd 6a box I mounted it on the strut tower. relocated my fuel line holder a few inches and the box sits perfectly there. used a few washers and 3 bolts.

This was the old setup. We didn't carry many passengers so leg room wasn't too much of an issue.

Put the battery in the trunk then place it in the stock battery location - It worked great for me.

Put my battery in the back pass. quarter hole, and mounting the msd on top of the battery box. No problems either with it back there.

I've got my 6a wedged behind my K&N intake, I didn't even bolt it down cause it has nowhere to go. Thinking of putting it in the glove box, not sure if the window switch and 3 stage retard will all fit in there though. I miss my gutted 83 z28, had space for everything.
