its up to the head and cam combo... i guess you can say there are best, but the best would be a custom head and cam job... flowed and matched together with the intake...

There's all types of cams for all different types of applications. Low, Mid Range, Topend, and mixes and matches of each.
There's cams made to work with blowers, N20, etc...
