my z that I just sold to my buddy has now blown a second tranny pan gasket out, second one was a felpro torqued the bolts to spec and checked the pan for warpage and it looks good and straight. the car has a shift kit and it only seems to blow the gasket when you get into it any ideas why it keeps doing it and what can be done about it?

check the vent tube make sure its not clogged

Yea, sounds like it's not venting. Make sure it has the right amount of fluid, not over what it should have.
