Default My new LT1 Formula :)

So here it is. 19 now and have been wanting a 4th gen since I was about 9. Shes a 94 with only 74K on her. Too bad it rained the day I took these pics, but its gettin cleaned up and taken to the track this weekend. Will get more pics up sometime. It feels good to be a member of the LT1 club now.

P.S. I have the bug already...today ordered NGK plugs, MSD Superconductors, put in Royal Purple 5W-30, Pennzoil 75W-90 gear oil with GM additive, and changed the ATF. Also picked up a Be Cool 170 degree Stat.

So without further ado...here she is (remember she's dirty).

This was actually the first one I looked at. I couldnt believe the shape it was in. There isnt a single parking lot ding on it and it has one 2 inch scratch behind the gas door. College is gonna make it hard to mod it, so it will be a piece at a time...starting with the TSP Rumbler and Mecham tips sometime in the fall. After that just full bolt ons, maybe a mild cam, and Im gonna teach myself tuning. But I'm just having fun with it as is watching all the Mustang guys' heads turn.

Tuning is NOT easy to learn. It took me 2.5 years to learn it. I do tuning on a wide variety of cars. I started off tuning on turbocharged hondas and now have worked into GM and mopar cars also.

Congrats. How do you like the hardtop? For some reason i think LT1 formula hardtops look soooo plain. Theres a white 97 formula hardtop for sale near me with 70k miles, but i'm not sure if i even want to go see it because its just soo plain looking.

Depends. Only took me about 6 months to get a good feel for most things.

I love the hardtop...i was actually looking for one. I wanted leather too, but this is my first cloth car and I think i made the right choice. Had her to the track tonight and with a full tank of gas and runnin about 200 degrees she hit 14.50 at 97.16. Never got the chance to run it while cool. I'm happy with it. Thanks for all the compliments guys.
