Default LE2(optimal setup)

Hey guys, I just need to know what size injectors seem to work best on a stock block le2 car with all bolt ons? Also is there any other odds and ends I need for the car besides injectors, throttle body(optional), and longtubes. That reminds me: I wish edelbrock would come out the lt1 longtubes and intake already

Injectors are not really needed but they cant hurt. I make 396/370 and am still on stock injectors, but I would suggest svo 30lbs or maybe 42lbers for a lower duty cycle.

Lloyd recommends the Delphi 37 lb/hr injectors for the LE2 H/C package.

I have 36 pounders or so.

The stock ones are going to be good for the LE2 setup, but they will be at a higher duty cycle. Either get a 30 or 37 Delphi injectors.

Stock pump with 30lbs injectors
(minimum, to keep duty cycle reasonable and maintain a proper spray pattern)

36 or 42 would work well and leave room to grow.

I didn't find an AFPR to be terribly useful with an LT1's PCM.
I'd much rather tune that stuff in the computer.
I've seen lots of people try it with AFPRs though.

So you did the tuning yourself with lt1 edit or something? Not sure what you mean? Also, do you think someone like pcms for less could tune my car sufficiently?

It's a custom tune, you can do it yourself you know how or have someone do it.
Custom tunes can be had by mail order or at a local shop.
PCMforless does a good job. Ed Wright (fastchip.com) does a great job as well.

I'll be ordering a new tune from Ed as soon as the heads/cam are in.

I think 42's are over kill for a 350/le2 setup 36's will be more than enough.
