Default Choice in new coil?

Any opinions on the best replacement coil there is? My car is stock and always will be, so I dont really need a Superman coil. Should I go with the MSD blastercoil or try and hunt down an OEM one?

well if you are going to remain stock i would stay with the stock coil

the reason for that is that a higher performance coil will wear out your cap and rotor more quickly and lead to the dreaded lt1 miss caused by the opti

I run MSD, I think it helped on frying my first opti though, but it was like 65k or so. Fine on my new one.

I have a couple of OEM coils laying around if you would like to buy one, i'll let it go for cheap since it just sits in my stock parts box
