Say Hello to my new car!
I sold the Trans Am last saturday to Dr.Teeth and monday I picked up my brand new ride. She is still in the Chevy family!
These are pictures of the same exact model I bought, I will be taking my fathers camera today and be taking some pics in the parking lot. She is a 2006 Chevy Cobalt 2.0L Supercharged SS, Bright red, 18 inch Rims wrapped iN pirelli tires. Bone Stock and picked it up with 30 miles. AND it has the "new car smell."
This car is QUUUIIICKKK. Unlike a turbo that has lag, this supercharger is with it most of the way and it pulls like a mother. GM makes Stage 1, 2 & 3 kits for it that won't void your warranty. I plan on going straight to Stage 2 soon. Should add an extra 25 HP and really really wakes up the car. Seeing as it's still a Chevy, I'm still going to be on here all the time!
Feedback is accepted! I'll get some more pics up today or tommorow!

Nice one of those took a brand new mustang gt over here in Germany on the track that was modified a bit. I think he pulled him by 1-2 car length. But what do you expect it is a Chevy and we all know Chevys wont loose against a Ford.

In fact I took a mustang last night. From 1st gear I had him, the supercharger kicks in RIGHT AWAY....no lag baby! I did get the Recaro seats, so comfy too! This thing is super great on gas, 30 highway and 24 street if you stay off teh boost, on the boost you can blow a tank of gas faster then a V8. I love it to death. I turn heads everywhere. Love the color too! Super great handling and enough even to slap a mustang in the face. I'll start video taping this stuff!

My buddy is thinking of selling his z71 and buying one of those for gas mainly but those are pretty nice cars.
A stage 2 will only bump you up 25hp? I thought it would do more than that. Is there suspension additions as well?

Yeah but 25 hp is alot to wake up this little car. The SS Supercharged already has a GREAT suspension package, I can take sharper turns in this then i could the Trans am (of course this is newer) but it is a great little car. Very spacious. Your friend will probably end up loving it. SS supercharged only though!
