Ok here is the problem, 3 days ago ( and only when hot) I have in 5th gear doing like 40 and i went to speed up (AC ON) and the car just started cutting out. I went to take off from the next light and the car wanted to die so i feathered the gas and finally it picked up fine. I shut the ac off and had no problem. turned it back and went to take off same problem starts spitting and sputtering wanting to die. It has a new opti, and taylor wires with about 4k on them, i put a new coil and new tr6 plugs in it today, and on the way home same thing in 5th about 45 and it now has a constant miss. So i dont know what the problem is. It might be the ingition module or the opti but I think it is a ignition problem and not fuel. Could be wrong though, I have never had anything act like this before.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Start with a fuel pressure test. Go on from there.

i had the exact same problem. the o2's went out. changed em and runs fine

whats the temp in your area? im having the same problem but mine only does it when the temp is 85 and up
