best suggestion would be to get rid off the long tube headers for shortys or manifolds for a remote mount turno set-up

it helps spool time by taking them off, wrap your exhaust too and that will help. Go in the forced inductions part of the site and u'll find a ton of info

find a cam with the powerband in the rpm range that you want to run your engine. to keep it tame for daily driving run somewhere around 220-230 on a 114-116 lsa to keep valve overlap to a minimum.

Turbos thrive on exhaust pressure, and with that turbo being set so far back on the exhaust tract it helps to keep the pressure high with something like shorties or exhaust manifolds and a muffler before the turbo to get it spooled up fast. I would suggest a boost-driven cutout as well for maximum power. Also, swap those 4.10s for a 3.73 or so, it's better to have less of a gear with turbo setups.
