Those with AS&M or Rk Sport headers, I need your help. Got a question about the right side (passenger 4 o'clock) collector. As I am sure you all already know 2 of the 3 bolts have good access, however the lower passenger side bolt is a bitch to deal with cause the k-member blocks all access. I just found that the bolts have loosened causing major exhaust leak.
There is no way to get a tool on the nut on the back side (header side) and you cant get a socket on the bolt (short pipe) because of the bend of the short pipe is in the way.
What I have done in the past is use an Allen head bolt, this way I can get a ball Allen wrench on it. On the back side I used a serrated lock washer so I dont have to get a tool on the nut.
My question, does anyone have neat tricks for this very hard to get to bolt.
