Default CAM or LT1 Edit tuning for new H/C

Alright I need opinions. Here are my plans. I want the car tuned, it's done and it's just sittin around in the garage. I am going to have it dyno tuned without a doubt after either the LT1 Edit or the mail order from CAM. Some people are trying to get me to do LT1 Edit but I really want to send it to someone who knows what they are doing because I have no idea how to compensate for my stall. I thought the tuning would be the easy part but picking and chosing has my confused...again. Any help is appreciated.

Base line tune from madz, pcm4less, or ed wright. Then dyno tune it.
