Its called CME (Center Mount Exhaust). And the "bumper" is a rear valance.

You can probly pic the CME and Valance up for $900, they dont make either anymore and they are damn hard to come buy.

rksport tells the body kit for it. as far as the exhaust goes something custom can probably be fab'd pretty easily. magnaflow sells a set of 2 chrome 8inx2in exhaust tips, and that body kit is 9x3.5 .. should fit ok. unless something custom is made!
