Default Guys with polished intake elbows in here

My IAT sensor wont fit in to the hole, any one else have this problem?

it might help if you listed which elbow you are referencing.

I bought one off ebay and it did fit perfectly, it was made by a company named CRT Performance......

If you have a CAI just relocate it closer to the filter anyway. I have a Moroso CAI and have removed my A.I.R so i put the IAT in the spot were the AIR hose goes into the intake. or use a step bit and drill it out a bit. your choice.

take alittle wd-40 and lube up the rubber gromet. it will slide right in lol

Awhile back I had one of those generic "no name", (or so I thought), brand aluminum elbows off Ebay. Turns out it was a Granatelli. Had casting flash inside of the IAT hole. (Actually, the whole elbow was **** poor quality casting, which is why I didn't have it too long.) I just ended up grinding out the IAT sensor hole with a carbide burr. Wasn't a big deal really.
