Default firewall hole

I heard that there is a plugged hole in the firewall in front of the passanger foot well, but I am having no luck finding it. Does a hole exist? I need to find it, I have a electronic fuel pressure gauge, a/f gauge, and some nitrous line to run, but I'm not finding this hole.

The hole is up behind the glovebox, remove the glovebox and you should be able to find it. Also when running something through it, I removed my pcm in the engine bay for easier access to the hole.

More specifically: Remove the PCM (two bolts) and slide it out of the way... you really don't have to remove it all the way. Stick your hand down there and feel around, you can find it.
