Finally made it to the track I met up with Stealthformula (matt) and a few other friends at Maple Grove raceway this past friday. I was a little disappointed with the results seeing as the best I could get was a 13.91 @ 100.3 with a 2.143 60ft. Im having a pretty bad low end miss in 1st gear from 700-2000rpms. The tires wont even spin if i floor it from a stop. At first I thought it may be a vacuum leak in the PCV system, but I'm going to try changing my plug wires from stock to Taylor OVC and go back to the track sometime next week and see what happens. Also my car (stock A4) wasnt shifting properly and bounced of the rev limiter on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift on every run. Any ideas on what could be causing that?
This was my frist time ever at a track and made four runs total, in this order
1.) 14.325 @ 98.4 2.307 60ft
2.) 14.247 @ 99.5 2.318 60ft
3.) 14.107 @ 100.15 2.252 60ft
4.) Against Stealthformula
Me: 13.913 @ 100.31 2.142 60ft
Him: 13.749 @ 101.35 2.137 60ft

Hey Bill, friday was fun man! I got a video of our race, I'll have to show you it to you. I too was bouncing off my rev limiter, anyone know whats up with that? I actually ran faster with my performance shift button off, no clue why? Im dissapointed with my times being slower than I expected but word is that Maple Grove is a slower track so I bet if we go to Acto we will be more pleased plus it was our first times ever.
1st run: 2.2 '60 13.81 at 101mph (with performance shift button on)
2nd run: 2.2 '60 13.92 at 100mph (with performance shift button on)
3rd run: 2.09 '60 13.67 at 101.55mph (with button off)
4th run: 2.1 '60 13.69 at 101.65mph (with button off)
5th run: 2.1 '60 13.75 at 101.35mph (with performance shift button on)
