Default HP gains from duals and a cutout

Not sure if anyone has documented this or anything, but what would the HP difference be between a cutout (open at the time obviously) vs true duals?

If duals are done right the difference will be little, my car gains little "uncorked" and is making above average power for heads and cam. Now duals were standard with the LT1 in the b-body so we have it easier there but the principle stands. My system is even fairly quiet, noise equals noise not necessarily power.

so then i have to get them to pass "smog"

i thought having independent cats for each pipe and o2's in the right place would make em pass.
