Opti-direct Pictures? and questions
alright yeah I have the opti problems really bad.
Thinking about just ditching it all together and going with the Delteq Opti-Direct system.
Anyone have any advice on this?
or any pictures of how they set it up? that would be very useful.
Would this work better then the traditional msd coil, 6a, and opti

You must retain the optical sensor portion of the opti. If you have cap and rotor problems, then Delteq is great. If you have optical sensor issues then you'll have to replace it anyway.

so I would still use an optispark, it just wouldn't have wires running to it?

The DEl-teq still needs the optical sensor on the opti to tell it where the crank is at. Kinda like a really big crank position sensor. But it takes out the opti's weakest link, which is the cap and rotor.
