ever since i got my car my oil pressure gauge has been fluctuating a little between changes in throttle pressure. is this normal or is something wrong with the gauge, cuz the car performs fine. thanks.

The stock gauge is pretty inaccurate as well, most of these guys with low pressures probably aren't really running that (or the higher pressures either probably). If you suspect your pressure is low first thing I'd do is get a mechanical gauge and verify the actual pressure.
My dash gauge reads around 18 psi at a full warm idle, and hits about 30 at cruising rpms and 38-40 at full throttle, all at engine fully warmed temperatures. According to my mechanical gauge I've hooked up to verify readings, my dash gauge is about 8-10 psi low across the board.
GM's specs are actually really low, min idle of 6, like 18 at 2000 rpms and 24 at 4000 or something like that if memory serves, I'd be more than a little worried about my engine if it only held 6 psi at idle though...
