Default Loud poping after MSD
I installed new Cap and rotor kit from MSD and now when i start the car pops heavily

What could be the problem?

Check all your wires first, make sure those are straight. If those are all correct, then you probably put the rotor on wrong.

Yes,thatīs the only thing i still havenīt checked out

The Rotor and Cap only goes one way in

yeah same thing here!
it sucks

I used an Accell cap and rotor
for an extra hundred bucks you can get a summit racing opti now

Know you probably have but sure the wires are setup right? Sounds like the timing is off, would hate to think this new unit is a POS.

It's not a whole new unit, just the cap and rotor. I have the new unit and it's great. I thought that the rotor could be installed 180* incorrectly, but I never took mine off as I just bought the whole opti.
