High flow cat or stock replacement
Does a stock replacement cat loose very much horsepower over a high flow one.By stock replacement I mean one that any regular muffler shop would sell.I dont know if I should just stick a stock one on or order the high flow. What would you recommend?

get the cheapest cat, have them put flanges on it. then have them make you a 3in. pipe with flanges on it. have some more put on your existig exhuast and then switch between the two. i cruise around with the straight pipe and put on the cat only when i have to get it smogged. i even had them put a cut-out on the straight pipe so i can uncap it whenever i go to the track. but if you dont like that idea...get the high flow like lostoceanz63 said.

just put a straight pipe in there. you dont need anything cause you dont have a rear o2 sensor. but it would help to get a tune and maybe even a lt4 knock module. i started getting a little knock retard after i put the ORP in.
