Default Autometer gauge help!

I need to know what you guys did in installing an aftermarket autometer electric speedo using the factory 2 pin connector. What was all involved. I know its needs the 12v power and ground but what wires to use on the speed sensor. I went to a stand alone accel dfi and I went all aftermarket on the gauges. Also, what about the tach, there is a tach wiring running from the ecu. Again what is all involved.

Thanks Mark Tisdale

Factory 2 pin connector meaning the connector coming off the speed sensor on the transmission to the aftermarket speedo.
