Mr.Camaro

I have a 95 Z and when i start the car it will idle fine and it revs normally but as soon as i put a load on it and try and drive it i cant accelerate and the RPM wont rise but if you just let it cruise at idle it will run like everything is normal except a little hotter than usual but as soon as you try to accelerate the car starts jumping forward and backward vilently and if you get on it too much it makes a strange low pitch noise. Im not getting any trouble codes either. I changed the Distributor and water pump about 2,000 miles ago and it hasnt given any problems since i changed it but this just started happening. I tried changing the fuel pump but after all that work that wasnt it either.

Any Ideas??
