Default Someone help me diagnose the car!! misfire/chug

OK, on a cold start it will run fine for about 5 min, then once i would stop at a stop light after that, the RPMs will drop down to 500 *its set to 750* and will sound like its chugging/misfiring.

So far I have replaced:

Dynaspark Opti
Spark plug wires
Ignition Control Module and Ignition coil

After driving it for a little while on the freeway I would get an SES code but then it goes off

I believe I have gotten the O2 sensors wet because it is Monsoon season in AZ right now, I have hit many big puddles even going into a river it seemed like because the roads were so flooded, you couldnt see the sidewalk.

Car pulls fine under heavy throttle but after a while it will start to surge and hesitate to go further up in RPMs.

Under some throttle people have told me some smoke *unsure what color* is coming from exhaust but not all the time.

Thats all I can think of.
