What gains have those of you that have switched to this seen?

i broke the LS1 shaft went with the BMR steel. No gains went for durability

You are an M6 I assume.. A4 might be a little easier on it, it usually is.

There's actually a dyno sheet with the gains floating around. I wouldve thought you wouldve done it by now. Goes along with your theme.

I'm working on it.. lol, it's got just about every other 1LE thing in it exc. for the Intake Elbow. 3250 and still dropping weight..

I broke a 1LE in half on the dyno last year...went to 3" steel and haven't looked back...and I'm an A4...

i have aluminum, no vibration at any speed, it's lighter, and i haven't had any problems with it.

Well I'll go back to the steel when I get in a 383. For now it will do..
