You should do a search....You can get LTs with EGR and AIR fittings/hook ups...I have Kooks stepped, withh all emissions provisions, but they are $$$...Shorties work well, too and they tend to pass emissions better because most leave the converter in its factory location (some states require the cat to remain in its stock location)...Its all depends on how much you want to spend and what you are going to do with the car...
If you go LTs I'd save for Kooks...If you want shorties I used LPE's stainless set for 9 years and they worked well...Just ask around and I'm sure others will chime in...

I'd get longtubes, I got my coated pacesetters with an off roady y pipe for 515 shipped, they came with bolts, they where junk though, get some with an allen head, will make the install alot less painful...
Mine went in from the top by the way.

I would go with LTs. you can get air/egr fittings on LTs as well but they arent required to pass emissions unless you have a strict visual inspection. not sure how much you wanna spend but I would not waste my money on shortys unless you just have no plans for major mods.

I have coated pacesetter longtubes with emissions provisions. I wouldnt bother doing all the work to not do longtubes. the install might take you a couple hours longer with longtubes on a 30 hour or more project. By the way, I also have all my factory emissions equipment hooked up, but im not running any cats. Im probably one of the only guys youll ever see with that setup lol.
I also am running the factory tune, and have no SES lights. OBD1 cars (94 and 95) dont have cat monitor sensors so i can get away with this. If you have a 96-97 though youll need a sim or a tune to run no cats and not have an SES light.

You can always go with the happy medium and get mid lengths. Thats what I am currently running on my car with a H/C. Not the best for a H/C but if you don't plan on going H/C they are a great choice. I gained along the lines of 23rwhp after I installed mine. Look into them.
