Default window motor installation

anyone have any links to instructions or anything, im fixing to do a window motor in a little while and dont know what im getting into but everyone says its a p.i.t.a., any help or tips are appreciated, special tools needed?

the 1st thing i did was drill holes where the nuts go,the size of a socket to put the nuts on,I fought them little nuts and got pissed and drilled 3 holes.solved problem
