Default Look what I got..

I had mentioned it a few times, I got it today. The guy at the place didn't know that there was a difference in LT1's between Cars, he thought they were all the same. I got this for $500, and it was pretty much flawless when I disassembled it. Now it's at the Machine Shop making sure everything is good, getting cleaned, getting Freeze Plugs, new Clevite 77 Cam Bearings, and I am doing the rest from there.
I pretty much stole it..

good start for the cheap price. 4 bolt mains are nice especially when youre lucky enough to find a block like that for that cheap. 2 bolts will do you but 4 is nice for the extra little bit of protection

And 4-bolts are not that easy to come by, it will be nice to have something a little unique..

Nice find, I love coming across good deals like that. This summer I got a complete 95 LT1 350(2 bolt) with a t56 still bolted to it, harness, computer, driveshaft, 3.42 rearend, alt, ps pump, ect ect, for $1700. You got a nice find. Four bolts for some reason always let ya breath a little easier, lol

Justo out of curiosity, what's it cost to have splayed caps added to a 2 bolt block, anyone know?
