Default Problems Draining Block

Basically both plugs are frozen in the block to drain the coolant. I was gonna just pull the drivers side bc I didnt want to risk breaking the knock sensor. Well the drivers side is completely frozen! I have tried my ratchet and soaking it with penetrating oil and then took my 3/8in impact (280ft/lbs reverse) to it and its not budging. I'm afraid if I do get it to come out it might not go back in, so now what to do? Pull the heads and clean the cylinders out? Jack the car from the rear and see if the coolant will flow out the front where the WP was? Im done working on the car today but the heads are the next thing to come off. Any ideas appreciated.

H/C in progress...

You can suck most of it out thru the water pump holes with a shop vac

No, no torch. With the vac just shove the hose in the hole and turn it on or should other precautions be taken?

Take your Ratchet and get a Breaker Bar on it. That's what I did with mine. The Impact Gun I had was a 3/4" drive, and it didn't do ****. My 3/8" Ratchet and a Bar got it loose. Nothing beats pure strength..lol
