It's quite a simple mod as said. For my TPI I had to get a bit of hose for it, but my 93 LT1 was so easy. Took me 5mins to complete. Just go get a, I'm oretty sure, 3/8" hose connector and you're set. My hoses were long, and so I just zip tied it to the radiator shroud to get it out of the way. It's a dyno tested 6-9hp possibly more if you have bolt-ons.

If you want to bypass your throttle body, then you'll need to remove the throttle body, block off the throttle body ports. Just drill a hole somewhere else in your intake and buy a long enough hose to reroute your AIR pump into the new hole you just drilled.
Now, if you want to do a throttle body COOLANT bypass, you just follow the directions posted by the other members here...

I read somewhere once that the coolant flowing through it will prevent icing. Now, my question is, doesn't anybody up north have theirs bypassed and have ever had problems with it icing over (that you know of or suspect)???
